Aircraft Structures Technician-$34/hr with great Per Diem!

$34/hr including great Per Diem!

Aerotek is currently seeking several Aircraft Sheetmetal Mechanics to support our client's large MRO facility based out of Bridgeport, WV.

These Sheetmetal Mechanics will remove and install aircraft components, landing gear doors, access panels, and fairings on aircraft as they relate to structure repair/modification.

This facility is a central Service Center for our client's CRJ 200, 700, and 900 series aircraft.

Basic pre-reqs the Sheetmetal Mechanics must have include the following:

Minimum of 5 years of Heavy Aviation Structures Maintenance.

Knowledge of reading and interpreting aircraft blueprints, drawings, diagrams and manuals, working knowledge of aircraft systems and manuals necessary to perform job knowledge of maintenance manuals, parts catalog, applicable FAA documents knowledge in fabrication of sheet metal and/or composite components and assemblies, aircraft parts and ground support equipment skill to troubleshoot and repair aircraft deficiencies and to perform complex structural repairs on aircraft skill to proficiently operate basic sheet metal support equipment.
