General Summary:

Acts as the primary store-level sales person to dedicated 7-Eleven accounts. Position may have up to 100 accounts that are serviced periodically throughout the week. Responsible for working with 7-Eleven Franchisees on order generation and upselling of PBC portfolio. Rotates and stocks products on shelves and displays, in coolers, vending equipment, and customers' backrooms. Builds displays and sets up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners. Has frequent interaction with store management. Position requires working across a wide variety of weather conditions.

This position is a labor-intensive position requiring lifting/carrying cases weighing from 25 - 45 pounds repeatedly over 10-12 hour period. Also requires standing, walking, reaching, and squatting while merchandising product.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

* Develop all 7- Eleven assigned accounts relative to sales volume, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service

* Increase volume and package distribution

* Solicit the placement of equipment and sell sufficient product inventory

* Utilize point-of-purchase materials to create marketplace excitement and stimulate sales

* Ensure compliance with National and Local execution programs

* Maintain and increase shelf facings, clean shelving and rotate product

* Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; Sell PBC's Service Advantage

* Merchandise product, secure barrel and rack placements, and build displays

* Compliance with Accounts Service as Scheduled measures

* Demonstrates a passion to drive results and exceed expectations

* Openly embraces new ideas and processes to develop "out of the box" ideas

* Ability to track and analyze data to ensure targets are achieved

* Self-motivated and strives to create a team focused execution approach

* Leverages PBC selling tools at store level

* Works well as a team with 7E CDAR Team to drive collective volume

* Works cohesively with PBC merchandising team to pilot store level resets

* Wired to 7E Franchise group and 7E Field Consultants

* Field Consultant Meeting 1x Per Month

* Works cohesively with PBC operations team

* Trade show execution

* Weekly recaps

Basic Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

* A minimum of 3 years of fact-based direct selling experience

Preferred Job Qualifications:

* Beverage or Consumer products experience
