A design showroom is looking for a friendly part time (on call) receptionist.
Duties
- Deliver a positive first impression to clients and callers
- Greet and assist visitors and provide next steps in the consultation
- Answer phones, take messages
- Provide administrative support and organization
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- At least one year of receptionist experience
- Demonstrated strong customer service aptitude that is upbeat and friendly
- Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Computer literacy to assist with some data entry
- Must be able to work on Saturdays, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Be open to on call
