Job Description:
These individuals will be working in the retail division of the Customer Care Department.
Calls might consist of customers who are inquiring about product damage, discrepancies on a receipt for returned items, or general questions about products or inventory availability. A customer could also could be calling in if they cannot access their site to order parts or have questions about the loyalty rewards program.
Please keep in mind that this call center can field calls from any type of inquiry and there are some random, one off situations that can occur. This individual must be comfortable handling any situation that arises in a professional manner.
This is a full time, 40 hour per week position.
Requirements:
- Consistent job tenure
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Prior customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel)
- Proficiency in Internet Explorer
Highly Desired:
- Automotive knowledge is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of how warehouse inventory is managed is preferred but not required
