The North Houston Branch of Automation Personnel Services, Inc. Is seeking an RMA Billing Clerk for a client in the Jersey Village area. This is a temp to hire position for small family owned gaming company.
Requirements:
Must work well in an fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook required
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good Customer Service Skills
Return or Warranty administration experience for a hardware vendor preferred
Highly organized
High School Diploma or GED required
Background and drug screen are required
Responsibilities:
Process, categorize, and answer customer emails and telephone calls, providing high quality service.
Communicate status and schedule to customers.
Pull data from repair logs to enter estimates and sales orders
Enter data, analyze data, and identify trends in repair and replacement requests.
Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers
Assist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as needed
Work closely with internal departments such as operations, RMA Coordinator, sales, technicians, and accounting as required
Maintain service logs for certain manufacturers
Process service log billing
Pay Range (DOE): $14 - $17 / Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8: 00 - 5: 00
The client offers quarterly profit based incentives, paid federal holidays, paid time off, 1 week of vacation after 1 year of employment, 2 weeks of vacation after 3 years, major medical 60/40% basis, vision, and dental.
