CLINICAL DIRECTOR-AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER in Rome, NY.  Well established, profitable multi-specialty facility dedicated to delivering excellent care in a convenient, comfortable outpatient environment. Currently compiled of two state-of-the-art operating rooms with plans for two additional operating rooms and two procedure rooms.  Current specialties include cataract, retina, plastics, GYN. Job summary: A successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of the facility to include implantation, management and growth of the Center's core business methodologies, policies and procedures in areas including but not limited to, human resources, operations, vendor management, quality, accreditation, billing and compliance. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of Management, Physicians and staff as well as act as a liaison with department of anesthesia. Education and Experience Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice in NYS Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, nursing or related healthcare field Preferred Minimum five (5) years in a senior healthcare management position within an ASC Prior supervisory experience directing administrative and clinical employees in a medical practice.
