About this job

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
 Focused on the entire coordination of the individual engine event
 Focal point of contact for all already accepted inquiries/inducted/completed events handled by repair station
 Focal point of coordination within the repair station for all repair station events and AST events Event evaluation after handover
o Clarification/evaluation with engineering regarding requested work scope, if applicable
collect engineering questions/requirements
o Clarification/evaluation with supply chain concerning material availability
o Clarification/evaluation with production manpower/tooling availability
o Calculating planned hours for the event according to work scope
including changes, enhancement and expansion of work scope
o Calculating estimated event costs
o Responsible for event scheduling and communication / Event preparation prior to induction
o Receive assigned PO for event
o Create work packet for Engine event
o Communication with CSM to gain all signatures required per BizJet GOP/ WI's
o Coordinate with Production for tooling and manpower
o Coordinate with engineering to create job cards
o Coordinate with supply chain to order material according to material list
o Coordinate travel arrangements in case of an AST event
o Daily communication with Director of Production regarding final event
schedule
o Communicate in case of an AST event regarding schedule,
employee passport for airport access, shipping details for material and tooling Event support during WIP
o Focal point of contact for assigned engine event for coordination with all departments
(Production, Engineering, Material, Quality)
o Monitor turn time of event and notify Director of Production of any issues
o Responsible for event scheduling and communicating up to date
o Event management oversight (hours, material, TAT, etc.) track Key Point Indicators
 Event finalization upon completion
o Capture all necessary documentation to create final event report o Ensure event documentation archiving
o Create final report summary for Repair Station Manager with Key information and capture any issues that arose during the event and document for After Action Review
