Customer Service Representative

Expanding call center in Richmond, KY is seeking several Call Center Agents on a contract-to-hire basis.

The company is a manufacturer of GPS and mapping products that are used predominantly in the commercial transportation (trucking) industry. Customer Service agents will be troubleshooting GPS systems and need to be able to apply technical knowledge of WiFi, Bluetooth, and computers/tablets.

Contractors will be answering inbound calls from consumers regarding their products and will provide technical support depending on their level of expertise. Issue resolution can range from solving complications with power, charging, connectivity, product availability, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help Desk / technical support
- Answer inbound calls
- Troubleshoot issues with GPS software and hardware
- Device troubleshooting
- Provide customer support for a variety of consumers
- Data entry tasks associated with logging information on calls
- Stay consistent with high volume calls
- Effective troubleshooting to provide quick and concise issue resolution
