About this job

The largest financial institute in Minnesota is seeking Customer Service Representatives in the Twin Cities area. Representatives will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding different programs within the retirement division. These calls will consist of web support questions, questions about their pension, where's my check,log-in issues, etc. The Institutional Retirement department handles 17 different programs that they may need to answer questions about. A qualified candidate will have at least 3 months of recent customer service experience and interest in pursuing a career in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities include:

Taking 50-60 inbound calls from customers

Answer questions regarding retirement programs

Navigating through different computer programs to gather and enter information

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

3+ months of recent customer service experience including retail

Strong computer skills
