Wireless Retail Sales Associate - Full-time / Part-time

AA Service Group is a Premier Cricket Wireless Authorized Dealer. We have 27 retail locations in Oregon, Washington, and Northern California and we are continuing to grow. We are currently looking for Retail Sales Associates for our Kennewick, WA Location.

Wireless Retail Sales Associates are responsible for:

• Approaching customers with a smile
• Assessing the needs and concerns of our customers to find them the best wireless package
• Being knowledgeable about our products and services
• Understanding company procedures & policies
• Meeting company sales goals
• Supporting the other sales team members
• Keep the store looking it’s best

Wireless Retail Sales Associate Requirements:

• 6 months of Retail Sales and/or Customer Service Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal & written
• Must be tech savvy, this includes with a computer
• Have a competitive drive
• Problem solving skills
• A high school diploma or GED
• Bilingual a plus but not required
• The ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Must be able to work varied shifts, 7 days a week, which may include evenings & weekends along with some holidays
• At least 18 years or older
• Pre-employment screening
