As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be asked to build a positive relationship with each and every customer to ensure customer satisfaction while offering all products and services available to the customer in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner. You will be expected to coach and train your associates to use techniques to make a customer's experience interactive and reassuring. You will strive to maximize the customer experience by resolving any questions or concerns on the spot. Maintaining visual appeal to your workspace and of the store at all times. You will be tasked with maximizing the most efficient use of store displays, devices and literature for each of your customers. To be successful you will need to use your time well, even when not assisting customers and be able to keep abreast of the rapidly evolving technologies within AT&T and competitors. You will complete required online training courses and off-site training seminars. You are expected to meet or exceed all sales objectives and quotas. Our ideal candidate will build pride, recognize and celebrate success in each of their associates as well as being able to efficiently execute the processes and procedures to ensure that the back of the store runs as efficiently as the front of the store, from the customers perspective.

Job Requirements:

As a Sales Manager, you will need to have a burning desire to fulfill customers wants and needs, while spending the majority of your day coaching and training your sales staff . You will spend your non customer facing time prospecting and driving business through any and all means necessary. You must also:

Be available to work during the day, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to listen carefully and actively.
Ability to read and follow directions as instructed; the first time, every time.
Ability to prioritize and multitask with ease.
Have interpersonal and communication skills that enable customers to feel comfortable with our products and services.
Ability to operate a personal computer and any electronic device with ease.
Intuition to obtain a customers shopping type quickly and accurately.
Provide your own source of reliable transportation for attending training seminars and prospect new customers by marketing outside the office.
Lift up to 25 pounds or more.
Maintain and wear company uniform.
Posses a High School Diploma.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year sales management experience, wireless industry background preferred
Must have experience with Microsoft Office products in addition to an above average competency of Smartphone applications and operating systems.
