Retail Sales Associate & Marketing

Alpha Group Consulting, Inc. is hiring for Retail Sales Representative! We work directly in managing accounts for Fortune 500 clients. This career opportunity is entry level, so all candidates will be considered. This position requires face-to-face sales in a fast pace retail environment and we are looking for candidates that want to begin their career in sales and marketing. Our team of sales professionals represents top clients with integrity and great energy!

In this position, we will cross-train individuals into a Management Trainee Position based on merit and performance. We are focused on growth and professional development, looking for candidates that have leadership, communication, and basic management skills. The perfect fit is someone who is competitive, ambitious, and would adapt well in a fun, growth, and team oriented office culture!

80 % of your time you will be:

• Managing sales and customer accounts in a retail environment
• Work with new and existing customers about service promotions
• Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, pricing, and competitive offers

20% of your time you will be:

• Hands on training
• Personal development/training of others
• One on one coaching in a fun and enjoyable environment

*Hourly training is paid by Alpha Group Consulting, Inc. 

Retail Sales Representative Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Upon hire must pass an employment background check.
