Assistant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Position Title:

Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellence in customer service and the member experience.
• Facilitate the seamless operation of the club through all departments including facilities, membership and personal training.
• Lead by example and manage the club team to deliver organizational expectations.
• Ensure team compliance with all company guidelines and regulations.
• Follow up on all aspects of the business and customer service with consistency.
• Facilitate the training and development of club employees.
• Maintain knowledge of all club features, amenities and services and help facilitate member involvement.
• Revenue generation, payroll processing, inventory control, staff coverage and club cleanliness.
• Represent the brand through partaking in fitness offerings and lifestyle

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years experience managing a commercial health club establishment
• A dynamic personality that demonstrates the ability to motivated, engage, lead and be friendly
• Participation in a fitness oriented lifestyle that is representative of the brand and product offerings
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with teams to achieve business objectives and revenue goals
• Comprehensive computer skills: micro soft office, database management
• College degree preferred
