Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the entire restaurant and will act as a liaison between all departments to ensure there is a good flow of communication and teamwork through the restaurant. The General Manager in this position will be expected to excel in their teaching and training ability and have patience and knowledge for both the leadership and growth of the entire staff and ensuring every single guest has an exceptional experience. The General Manager will generate schedules, forecast food, beverage and labor costs and maintain each within budget parameters, conduct inventory, place orders and process deliveries. The General Manager will set a positive example; a happy workforce equals happy guests!

Qualifications:
- This position requires a minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager
- The General Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
- The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the General Manager
- Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer service is a requirement for the General Manager
- The General Manager should act as a “brand ambassador” for our company at all times
