Full Time Retail Sales Associate

We are now hiring highly motivated, enthusiastic, driven, individuals for our Xfinity Retail Sales Associate Team. We are looking for energetic team players to join our Comcast Xfinity Retail Team, handling consumer questions, customer on-boarding as well as client account updates. Our ideal candidate will have excellent public speaking, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Our Xfinity Sales Associates build long term relationships with our customers, while providing knowledgeable in-store product demonstrations. Our Sales Associates help to guarantee that Comcast remains a leader in the consumer telecommunications industry.

Retail Sales Associate Requirements:

• One year of retail sales, customer service, or quality assurance experience

• Computer literacy MacOS or Windows (mobile device knowledge is a plus)

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with other members of the sales team to reach weekly targets

• Great organizational skills, must manage in-store displays as well as marketing collateral

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Candidates may be subject to pre-employment background screening
