Weekend Greeter

The Collaborative Companies, a division of NRT New England, LLC has an opening for a Weekend Greeter located in South Plymouth, MA.

This position is Part time working on the weekends.

We’re looking for dynamic and energetic person to work at one of our sites.  We are in need of someone who can meet and greet customers, as well as communicate via phone, in a professional and friendly manner.  The Weekend Greeter will work closely with the Sales Team assisting in greeting people, opening and closing model units, answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person.  This position requires an energetic person who is highly organized and can multi-task.  In addition to conducting all business with the highest standard of integrity and honesty, the ability to engage and interact well with prospective buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Sales Director and Sales Associate with the management of the site in order to maximize sales
• Maintain channels of communication to ensure that Sales Director is fully informed of all site activities
• Handling site traffic as required by the Sales Director in order to ensure maximum service for all customers
• Assist Sales Director as required in ensuring the grounds, sales office model home is in optimum showing condition at all times.
• Greet and get prospective buyer signed/logged in
• Manage incoming calls and take messages
• Be familiar with local community services and programs that might be of interest to customers such as schools, churches, shopping, recreation, etc.
• Operate Scanners, facsimile, and photocopiers
• Answer routine inquiries from prospective buyers, agents and brokers
• Provide clerical support to Sales Director and Sales Associate during the sales process when required.
