Assistant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Job Duties:

• Hiring, recruiting and retaining Team Members.
• Development of Team Members, Hourly Managers, and you the Assistant Manager
• Supervision of a shift: cash control, inventory control, labor management, operating systems, fast and friendly service in a clean restaurant.
• Ability to lead a shift of 3-10 employees
• Accountability to expectations regarding Speed of Service, Labor Control, Waste Control and Guest Feedback results.
• Whatever it takes to run great restaurants!
