Job Description
We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our teams and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating appraisal team members on a daily basis.
As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You will lead by engaging the team to achieve goals. A Team Manager works to coordinate and help work groups to assimilate and work in harmony. These Managers assist each employee to enhance their involvement and utilize their strengths to accomplish their shared responsibilities. Based on the strengths of each team member, managers then assign or delegate appropriate tasks to them.

- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially with Microsoft office suite
- Must be advanced with Total Al A Mode Appraisal Software, and able to teach others
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Easily able to adapt to new software programs
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of appraisal principles and able to teach them to others
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Appraiser (Will consider candidates that are within 250 hours to licensure). Not required to be Certified for this position.
- Previous Supervision Experience
- Associates Degree, Bachelors preferred
- Strong understanding of appraisal principles and able to teach them to others
- Current working knowledge of Total Al A Mode
- Will Consider strong candidates for relocation that have reciprocity for Appraiser License in Utah
- Some Travel Required <10%
