TITLE: Vice President and General Manager
ENVIRONMENT: General Manufacturing, Automotive/Trucks/Recreational Vehicles
LOCATION: Reading, PA and Atlanta, GA
REPORTS TO: President and CEO
COMPENSATION RANGE: A Very Competitive Executive Base Salary, Plus Bonus
DEGREE REQUIREMENTS: 4 Year Degree from an accredited college or university, MBA a huge plus
CITIZENSHIP: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder and able to work for any U.S. Employer

POSITION SUMMARY: This is a corporate level staff position in a multi-plant environment. Operations responsibility is first and foremost within the incumbents’ history, followed by the Commercial/Sales side.
The Vice President and General Manager, will oversee all of the manufacturing processes to ensure that end products are completed to quality and customer specifications, within established time frames, in a cost effective manner and exceed customer expectations.
Areas of direct reports include Supply, Operations Management, Production Control, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, Business Unit Performance and Profitability.
BOTTOM LINE: The incumbent must be a seasoned, high energy individual. He/she must have a proven strength within the manufacturing, assembly, operations, Lean, P&L, strong leadership and multi-plant hands on experience.

MUST HAVE :
- 15+ years within the manufacturing industry, such as recreational vehicles, automotive or, trucks
- Multi-Plant experience
- 5+ Years in an Executive Role such as President, COO/CEO, EVP or SVP
- 5+ Years of full P&L
- 5+ Years of commercial or sales experience
- 10+ Years of manufacturing operational experience
- 4-year degree, MS would be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Lean/TPS
- Willing to travel domestic 25-50%
