Assistant General Manager

The Restaurant Assistant Manager makes balanced decisions between driving sales and managing costs to achieving long-term sustainable growth.

The primary responsibilities of a successful Restaurant Assistant Manager Include:

• Shift management and fill in for various positions throughout the restaurant as needed
• Determine staffing level changes needed throughout the day
• Direct employee work o Ensure employee safety
• Reconcile cash at end of shift
• Must be able to functionally perform all restaurant positions (customer service role, baker, etc)
• Ensure great experiences for all guests
• Handle guest concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner

Required Experience

• Experience with sales building, P&L Statements, recruiting and training
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Work well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience

• 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience
• Prefer someone with ServSafe Certification (required to have certification within 30 days of employment)
