Retail Sales Manager (RSM) - Full-time / Part-time

As a Retail Sales Manager (RSM) you will be involved in every aspect of the store's operation. Your goal is to provide our customers with outstanding customer service and ensure they are satisfied with their experience at your store. NO previous automotive experience is necessary. The Dobbs family believes in finding the right people for the job, no matter what their background is. You will receive significant sales and management training as well as automotive tire and service training. The people who do best as RSMs have a customer-centric outlook. Qualifications:

• NO automotive experience necessary
• Valid driver's license
• The right attitude
• Demonstrated success in retail sales is a plus, but not a must

Responsibilities:

• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Merchandise, promote and advertise automotive products and services
• Listen to the customer and help them feel comfortable with the work we perform on their vehicle
• Help manage other store associates
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Be accountable for any work performed on a customer's vehicle
• Open and close the store
• Help manage the stores expenses and revenue
