General Manager - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking a General Manager to join our team! The roll of a General Manager is crucial to the overall success of any business. As a General Manager you'll be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of food preparation
• Train and manage Front of House as well as Back of House team members
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum 1 yr. experience managing people in a restaurant environment. (Preferred)

Office environment; work with computer and office equipment. Restaurant environment; work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment.
