Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Night shift. (Monday - Thursday--6:00 pm - 4:30 am)
Job Description :
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, leads a work team, helping to ensure safety, accuracy and production standards are met while striving to ensure a team member-friendly work environment and eliminate damages. Ensures security of Lowe’s assets.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Sets the standard for and ensures all safety rules and procedures are followed
2.Works closely with RDC Management to ensure the prompt, efficient, and accurate handling of
Merchandise
3.Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact positively with co-workers and management staff
4.Monitors the productivity and accuracy of Team Members and rewards outstanding performance
5.Ensures all Team Members have specific responsibilities and follows up on the execution of those responsibilities
6.Affects the equitable distribution of workload
7.Coaches, counsels and trains team members to ensure competence, as well as, prepare them for future opportunities
8.Develops and implements team goals
9.Ensures assigned equipment and work areas are neat, clean and well organized.
10.Performs other duties as directed by RDC Management
Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
