Welder

Production MIG Welding position

Mostly Flat welding in fixtures however will need to be able to perform overhead welds and horizontal welding
Employees will perform their own grinding on the parts
Read prints and follow welding process
parts need to be welded in a specific process and the welds must cosmetically look good and cannot have any weld berries or defects on them.

Openings are mostly on 3rd shift right now

8:30pm - 7am OR 10:30pm - 7am

Everyone will train on 1st shift and make $17/hour then when they move to 3rd shift their pay rate will go up to $18/hour.
Training could be anywhere between 2-4 weeks depending on the person

If someone needs to work 1st shift there could be an opportunity for them.

5am - 3pm OR 7am - 5:30pm
Right now most people are working 48-56 hours a week

-Saturdays are a scheduled work day and Sundays are voluntary -needs to be open to working 6 days a week
