What you will do
HR: Carefully interview and select new team members for hire.
*Conduct interviews.

*Onboard new team members.
Training: Lead a training program that prepares team members for their job.
*Implement orientation to our Chick-fil-a learning culture.
*Lead team members through online training resources.
*Ensure effective hands on training in the restaurant.
Restaurant: Serve team members and guest
*Oversee basic operations
*Handle cash
*Serve high quality food
*Take order when needed
