We have to leave our home in Truth or consequences NM for the summer months to manage a small family ranch in Colorado. Our house on a half acre lot on a quiet street in town is located right on the Rio Grande with a private dock. There is a good opportunity for some-one who is interested in gardening to grow their own food. We would like to have some-one there who could monitor the automatic sprinkling system and keep the grass trimmed. In exchange for living there we would only ask that the sitter cover the expense of the utilities.
