About this job

CALL CENTER REP

* Take calls from customers, as well as from internal employees.
* Calls will vary on items such as benefits questions, updates on claims, and other requests.
* The CSR will answer as much of what the customer wants, and may then transfer them to other team members, or other departments.
* The CSR details the call notes in the system.
* The CSR will send follow up emails to confirm or verify information, or to answer follow up questions.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:30am - 6:00pm. THIS IS IMPORTANT!

Call Volumes: can and will vary from 35-50 per day.
