About this job

Overview

7-Eleven has been the well-established industry leader since 1927, almost a full century in the convenience business. Our brand is iconic; operating 65,000 stores in 18 countries and serving close to 50 million customers a day. However, the pace of change in customer buying behavior is accelerating faster now than ever before, and to ensure that 7-Eleven continues to win in the marketplace, we must better serve our current customer needs and attract new customers.

To that end, we have formed the Store Evolution Team. The Store Evolution Team is tasked with fundamentally redesigning the customer experience inside of our stores. It will operate using a rapid test, learn and iterate process in the areas of store design and new platform development, and by making our stores more convenient, relevant, inviting and digitally integrated.
