Have a high school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
Have solid verbal skills, as well as strong attention to detail
Excel at working independently while supporting a team environment
Are all about accountability, initiative and have a high level of ownership
Take great pride and satisfaction providing a clean, comfortable environment that makes customers and employees happy
Have experience operating cleaning equipment such as a commercial vacuum, automatic floor scrubber, carpet extractor or power washer
