DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities

  • Expert of all Copy & Print production processes and "go to" person in department for all machine knowledge
  • Prioritize and manage production flow of all customer orders submitted in-store, online, via email, or from store account manager
  • Relentlessly focus on quality, ensuring orders are completed exactly to customer specifications
  • Maximize production facility usage by outlining appropriate turnaround times with team and customers
  • Drive Solution Builder adoption and accuracy with all associates as the first step of production process
  • Drive proofing for all customer orders to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Proactively contact customers with order questions, delays, status updates and completion
  • Responsible for cleanliness and organization of full serve production area
  • Responsible for managing appropriate levels of full serve supplies and following store use policy

Supervisory

  • Participate in creation of monthly action plan to drive business
  • Communicate action plan to team
  • Read OWN IT daily rally sheet
  • Ensure all POG and signage elements are to standard
  • Drive results in CopySAT – Quality & Time to Complete & Div 6 Attainment to Budget

QualificationsBasic

  • Strong time management skills and ability to plan and prioritize customer orders
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Meticulous with quality
  • Strong communicator with other team members and customers

Preferred

  • One - two years progressively responsible store management experience in a retail environment
