The Catering Sales Manager will work to increase existing Catering Sales for their assigned Sales Area.
Fundamental Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works to build Catering sales through identifying new businesses surrounding their restaurant
- Maintains successful relationships with current Catering customers, to help build additional, regular and repeat business
- Responsible for completing a minimum of 15-20 chip drops per week working to promote Catering
- Responsible for completing cold-calls
- Responsible for maintaining customer tracking on a weekly basis
- Responsible for attending some marketing events that can be useful in communicating the Catering Message
- Responsible for completing confirmation and follow-up calls for all Catering orders
- Responsible for supporting the production and delivery efforts of Catering
- Responsible for attending Business Expos and networking meetings to help promote Catering
Physical Demands of the Essential Functions
- Ability to stand for up to twelve hours
- Good mobility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work well under pressure
