Online seller of retail displays and fixtures, is looking for additional Order Processing Specialists to help us keep up with our rapidly expanding ecommerce order volume. Apply today to join our quickly growing team.

This job entails fast and accurate data entry of online orders into various spreadsheets and order management systems. But we need more than just mindless data entry. We are also looking for the capability to think and make decisions about the best course of action in dynamic situations. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate well with other departments is essential.

Does this sound like you? If so, we are looking for you to be able to:

Ensure website orders are processed quickly and accurately
Data entry – type order and customer information into spreadsheets and order management systems
Coordinate with multiple departments including Customer Service, Inventory Control, Shipping
Process paperwork and other routine administrative duties
Occasional customer contact by phone or email
What you need to be considered:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong typing skills for fast and accurate data entry
Organization, time management, attention to detail
Able to take direction well and follow procedures
1+ year experience with order management, inventory control, or related area
Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets experience required
Experience working with an online business is preferred but not required
