Customer Service/Call Center - 2nd shift - Full-time / Part-time

Established company located in Bohemia is currently in immediate need of Customer Service Representatives for their busy call center.

Must be able to 12pm-9pm shift + occasional weekends;
Weekend shifts are anywhere between 8am-7pm on Saturdays & 10am-7pm on Sundays.

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming calls and dispatch requests
• Dispatches and assigns service requests
• Relates to all customers in a friendly, accommodating, and respectful manner that creates good will
• Other functions as needed

Minimum requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate the English language
• High school diploma or GED required
• Data entry experience
• Must be able to sit at desk for long periods

This is a temp to hire position – ideal for candidates NOT employed

Hourly salary: $15.00
