Staffmark has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator in Rogers Arkansas.
The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering building and company development projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of our Project Managers.

Scope Of Responsibilities:
· Attend meetings and assist with project requirements
· Assist the Project Managers in the drafting of project proposals, schedules, job
costing, and job requirement needs.
· Prepare project organization and communication charts
· Distribute notes and information to all team project members
·Track the progress and quality of work being performed by field employees
· Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client
and the project team.
· Ensure scheduling and travel arrangements are done on a timely manner
·Constantly follow projects thru their lifecycle
· Review contracts, Bids, and scopes of work with Project Managers
·Assist Project Managers in the review of quotations to ensure all work is being
performed as agreed
· Track and manage changes orders
· Prepare completion documentation and ensure all required project close out
documents are obtained and submitted.
·Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive attitude,
and for developing this attitude in others.
· Keep the PM and others informed about project status and issues that may impact
project and client relations
· Constantly looking for ways to save the company and project money and be more
be more efficient.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in building/project development
  • 3-5 years of supporting teams, Project Managers , Management Teams
  • Familiarity with construction methods /or the ability to learn these methods
  • Effective communication skills verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based
    environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
    Must be able to lead and follow thru with installation and sales of work from point of sale to completion.
