The Card Digital Team Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing current card functionalities on Chase.com and Chase mobile, as well as developing new features to enhance site usability. Existing online functionality includes Balance Transfers, Paperless Statements, Payments and Account Activity. Develop and set product strategy for the mobile and desktop versions of Chase Online, outline product growth opportunities, and partner with the marketing team to maximize product adoption and marketing efficiency.

Manages multiple projects, or single projects of great complexity. Manages cross-department or cross-division projects. Can operate as the lead Matrix PM and has the ability to run an entire Program. Defines problems/needs and solutions involving substantial latitude in course of action. Conducts business analysis, process mapping, and process re-engineering. Develops, updates and presents business cases. Creates project presentations and presents to senior management. Ensures projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and that objectives conform to line of business' overall standards, operations objectives, user requirements and client's needs.

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, or equivalent experience, Master'sDegree/MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of Project Management required
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Project Management orrelated experience required
  • Project/strategic planning and business background withunderstanding of assigned areas of responsibility, ie:

Digital Services, Project Delivery Process, CreditCard Marketing

  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams andinteract with all levels
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organizeand prioritize work
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Strong team building skills
  • Intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Project
  • Must have experience with user acceptance testing,information architecture, heuristic analysis,

metrics development and deployment; and managingproduction issues to resolution
