ROLE:

Prepare food products for customers maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness, responsible for cleaning and sanitation of food preparation area, storage areas, including interior and exterior and exterior of restaurant equipment, and utensils. Provide prompts and effect service to customers in a courteous and friendly manner to exceed customer expectations in provide 101% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Customer focus: consistently smiles and greet customers properly.

Maintains eye contact and gives customer complete attention, and always meets service times.

1. Following procedures: always follows procedures and policies, and helps to minimize waste. Practices safety & security standards and behaviors.

2. Teamwork: helps others without being asked. Completes additional duties in a cheerful manner. Works well with other associates.

3. Initiatives & productivity: is productive on assigned station, seeks to learn additional stations, and helps to train other associates. Finds things to do during slow times.

4. Attendance & appearance: maintains a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance. Is always in uniform. Arrives on times for work and is flexible to scheduling. Follows uniform guidelines in the standard library.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Have effective oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with other associates and KFC/Taco Bell customers.
• Restaurant operations equipment including ovens, fryer, cash register, ect.
