In this role, you will support the SalesManager in providing leadership, direction, and supervision to the salesteam. You will also assist in thecreation, maintenance, and execution of the Sales Department business plans and adjust asneeded to deliver results at or above company expectation in member acquisition& retention.

Duties& Responsibilities

Member Experience

  • Assureshigh quality customer service skills and compliance with all club anddepartmental standard operating procedures

Sales & Promotion

  • Demonstratesexemplary sales skills by encouraging personal daily, weekly and monthlyacquisition goals are met through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
  • Alignswith Sales Manager to learn and develop the capacity to lead a successful salesteam through ownership of weekend production and additional responsibilities

Financial &Budgetary

  • Monitorsrevenue and unit totals daily to ensure Account Managers are achieving orexceeding individual and team goals

Managerial &Supervisory

  • Coachesteam as needed to ensure they are achieving or exceeding company expectations
  • Supportsthe recruitment of top talent through partnerships and prospecting tocontinuously grow your team of Account Managers

Education &Experience

  • College degree preferred
  • Polished and professional appearance
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Ability to engage and exude confidence with distinguished clientele
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding goals in a performance based culture
  • Personal passion and commitment for living a healthy way of life
  • Desire to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys and works well on a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred

Licenses / Certifications/ Registrations

  • Completionof Life Time University Account Manager Certification – required within 30 daysof starting the position if not current
