Warehouse Lead Shipper - Full-time

Small Beaverton based Team Sports Distributor has an opening for an experienced warehouse worker to join our team. We are currently seeking a self-motivated person who can handle a fast-paced shipping/receiving environment.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Following work order instructions
• Picking product to accurately fulfill order requirements and fulfillment software
• Stocking product based on product ID, color and size
• Working with the team to build an efficient work flow
• Must follow procedures and guidelines to keep a positive work environment
• Be flexible working with other departments (folding and bagging product as needed)

Required Skills:

• Proficient in English for reading writing and understanding verbal directions
• Ability to recognize and identify colors
• Ability to identify product numbers and alpha numeric codes
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Organized and detail-oriented with solid time management skills
• Be able to efficiently organize personal work flow for maximum output
• Physically capable of standing and walking for long periods of time
• Capable of multitasking with flexibility to assist other departments as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Shipping experience using Multichannel Order Manager (MOM) or equivalent computer-based shipping and inventory tracking software
• Use of pallet-jack and related warehouse equipment
• Forklift Experience
• Experience in picking product to order and stocking product based on product ID
• Proficient/Intermediate Computer Skills

Full-Time: applicants must be able to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm as needed/directed. Overtime may be required during buy periods. Initially, this is a temp-to-hire position.
