The goal of the Global Finance & Business Management AnalystProgram is to attract, develop, and retain a diverse pipeline of junior talentwho can efficiently and effectively deliver results to the GF&BM functionsacross lines of business and corporate areas at JPMorgan Chase. TheProgram supports entry-level talent in building key professional, leadershipand business competency skills through challenging roles, career managementguidance, structured training and development and ongoing performancemanagement. The Program exists in four locations in North America with approximately550 Analysts across the classes.
Key Programs:
- Internship Program – 10 week summer program which serves as the sole pipeline for full time program hiring
- Full-time Program - an entry level program that provides training and development within Finance and is a pipeline for entry level Finance talent
The Program Manager role is critical to the success of the Programs. The Program Manager plays a variety of roles within the Program including supporting Analysts and Summer Interns, developing and managing key GF&BM relationships, and participating in the overall Program strategy and execution. The Program Manager has high visibility with GF&BM managers from across the firm and has the opportunity to work with internal and external partners.

Job Function and Responsibilities
- Manage core Analyst processes including: role identification, rotations, endof program mobility and performance management
- Planning and execution of the training and development agenda
- Provide 1x1 coaching as requested by the Analysts; group coaching at keytimes of year and/or program milestones
- Provide Analysts, Managers, HRBPs and key stakeholders with ongoingprogram updates
- Partner with GF&BM Managers and HRBPs to manage Analyst performanceand address any performance issues
- Work with GF&BM managers and key stakeholders to identifyroles/rotations and end-of-Program roles for Analysts
- Proactively partner with GF&BM managers and key stakeholders toeducate them about the Program and build understanding of Program Analystexpectations
- Partner with GF&BM managers, HRBPs and key stakeholders to ensure thesuccessful implementation of the Program
- Manage Analyst rotationand placement process
- Partner with keystakeholders on strategy and execution of program training and developmentinitiatives
- Build understanding of GF&BMfootprint across LOBs
- Build understanding ofvarious GF&BM roles within and across the LOBs
- Partner with Managersand HRBPs on performance management process
- Oversee End-of-Program placementprocess
- Drive the production ofkey reporting metrics for the program
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with Analyst Managers,Steering Committee and Location Sponsors
- Work with key stakeholders for the placement process ofinterns and Analysts to roles
- Work with key stakeholders, recruiters and HRBPs to identifymobility opportunities for the Analysts post-program
Program Management
- Develop and maintain Program content (i.e. ProgramOverviews, Manager Kick-off decks, Steering Committee decks, etc)
- Identify Analysts, Alumni, Managers and other business repsto participate in training, speaker sessions and networking
- In partnership with HRBPs and Compensation Managers, assistin the planning and execution of the year-end compensation process for theProgram
- Drive the development of key reporting metrics for theProgram
Recruiting
- Develop and refine Program qualifications
- Identify Analysts, Alumni, Managers and other business repsto participate in recruiting efforts (i.e. summer intern activities, in-houseconferences, external conferences, etc)
- Participate directly in candidate assessment activities
- Participate in analysis of key recruiting statistics todrive strategy
- 5+years experience in Finance or Human Resources
- Knowledgeof the JPMC Finance organization is preferred
- Abilityto develop and manage relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellentverbal and written communications, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strongtechnical skills (Excel and PitchPro)
- Abilityto manage time effectively, prioritize and escalate appropriately
- Directand/or indirect people management, including providing feedback, coaching, anddevelopment planning
- Demonstrateexceptional project and process management skills
- BachelorsDegree or equivalent experience is required
