Cooks and Pizza Cooks - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional line cook with experience in a fast paced / high energy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for food production, preparation and a la carte cooking according to the company standards and recipe specifications.

Requirements:

• Valid food handlers card / certificate

• Perform basic knife skills in the preparation and production of food items

• Able to follow recipes and procedures according to company guidelines

• Ability to work organized and clean in a fast paced environment

• Understands basic sanitation practices and procedures

• Able to work in a fast paced / high energy environment

• Must be able to work holidays and weekends

• Must be reliable, positive, team oriented, and willing to learn

• Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

• Other duties will be assigned on an as needed basis

• Be proficient in the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment

• Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook

• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces
