Metro PCS Sales Representatives Needed ASAP (CPA) - Full-time / Part-time

Sales associates provide fast and friendly service to customers, as well as providing information on products, features, current promotions Metro PCS® is offering and answering any questions customers might have. This position is expected to perform all sales duties necessary to offer service to customers, keep store clean, marketing Metro PCS® products and promotions, meet sales quota, and follow all company policies and procedures to ensure proper and efficient operation.

We have Different Locations: 7 N Progress Ave, 1255 Market Street and York Locations: 120 W Market, 588 W Market, and 30 W 11th Ave

Duties and responsibilities

• Heavy interaction and order processing with customers; deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Evaluating customer needs and provide assistance and information on featured products
• Operating cash registers and balancing drawers
• Ability to cross-sale
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals
• Remain knowledgeable on products and promotions offered
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Marketing such as: flyering, working on shakers, and door to door promotions outside of the stores and shopping center
• Maintain an orderly appearance throughout sales floor
