In the Sales Support II role you will be responsible for performing administrative, data management and technical support duties for the department. Handles communication throughout the internal departments. Responsible for general office operations and account maintenance.

  • Provides customer service for Sales Representatives.

  • Ensures efficient and accurate order entry and meeting customer in-hand dates, by effectively managing non-decorated order queue.

  • Creates source codes and marketing materials for VIP flyers as requested.

  • Preparing/routing and monitoring of all payment methods sent in by sales staff.

  • Responsible for accurate and timely communication to Sales Reps to provide them with order updates and pending issues.

  • Responsible for providing updated information on open backorders.

  • Provide information to Invoicing Specialist to aid in completing final invoices to customers.

  • Supplementary/additional support of team services sales rep when/where needed.

  • Responsible for submitting and updating accurate customer profile information, credit information, tax documents and contracts into the accounting software and correspondence with the accounting department.

  • Responsible for processing all returns and exchanges for sales staff.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and previous Executive administrative experience or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Access is required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
