The Director of Business Development will play a lead role in soliciting new business , interface with prospective clients, partner with creative/pitch team to develop presentations, coordinate and lead pitch process, and partner closely with client finance to ensure profit goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a viable pipeline of prospective clients
  • Create, develop and present creative proposals that solicit new business
  • Effectively communicate to prospective clients the Company point of difference
  • Develop and maintain industry knowledge/best practices - SME
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership team
  • Measure and evaluate strategic business goals
  • Deliver measurable results resulting in ongoing growth for both the client and Company
  • Participate and contribute to the strategic plan for the agency and CROSSMARK

Other Functions:

  • Operate with integrity in building a solid reputation for our company and yourself
  • Understand current business issues and opportunities within our industry
  • Stay active in industry committees and conferences to enhance our and your image

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Minimum of 10 years account management or new business experience in consumer activation/advertising agency

  • PC knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
