The Director of Business Development will play a lead role in soliciting new business , interface with prospective clients, partner with creative/pitch team to develop presentations, coordinate and lead pitch process, and partner closely with client finance to ensure profit goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a viable pipeline of prospective clients
- Create, develop and present creative proposals that solicit new business
- Effectively communicate to prospective clients the Company point of difference
- Develop and maintain industry knowledge/best practices - SME
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership team
- Measure and evaluate strategic business goals
- Deliver measurable results resulting in ongoing growth for both the client and Company
- Participate and contribute to the strategic plan for the agency and CROSSMARK
Other Functions:
- Operate with integrity in building a solid reputation for our company and yourself
- Understand current business issues and opportunities within our industry
- Stay active in industry committees and conferences to enhance our and your image

Other Functions: Proven track record of client interaction at the VP level and above.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Minimum of 10 years account management or new business experience in consumer activation/advertising agency

- Mac literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- PC knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
