ENTRY-LEVEL: Financial Group Trainees - Full-time

We are looking for abitious and motivated individuals looking to start building a career in finance.  If hired, we will train you in areas of debt collection, monitary and property recovery, and automotive dealer services including loan financing and customer service.

JOB SUMMARY:

This is an entry-level position to learn the aspects of financial services.  We are looking for open-minded, responsible, and ambitious people to observe, learn, and perform administrative functions of the department as well as take on additional responsibilities that will progress into a career with an established and solid organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be responsible for reporting to work on time. 
• Duties will be assigned and will include administrative duties, data entry, calling customers, etc.
• Record and distribute incoming documents
• Review documents for accuracy and signatures
• Learn and become functional in entering all relevant information obtained into databases
• Files correspondence and related items as directed
• Job shadow team members to learn more about the daily tasks needed to successfully perform their jobs.

POSITION:

The Department Trainee Position is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.  This is a permanent position that will allow the right candidate to gain the needed skills to move into a higher position within the department.
