YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE

  • Leading teams and hands on implementing front ends associated with the technical designs for product/project teams
  • Leading team efforts, delegating tasks, following up on progress of the team and coaching junior and new team members
  • Transforming business requirements into conceptual/logical application architectures
  • Determining feasibility & scalability of front end solutions, interacting with business and product owners in order to define technical solutions
  • Production issue triage, management, and prevention as needed
  • UI Design reviews for feasibility and impact analysis
  • Develop sustainable Accessibility compliant solutions
  • Technical debt resolutions, prevention & code reviews
  • Analysis and implementation of Performance/Stability/Reliability initiatives
  • Your primary functions are to design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for internal use, perform defect corrections (analysis, design, code).
  • Leads and influences technical direction for large-scale, highly complex technical initiatives and/or projects requiring integration of cross-functional systems. Provides technical guidance in evaluating applications systems or evaluating requests for proposals.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

  • At least 5 to 7 years of Java/J2EE development experience, hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience
  • Solid knowledge of high-scale, multi-tenant Web service development, including RESTful APIs and microservices, and SOA services
  • Experience with Java, J2EE, Weblogic, SQL, ETL tools
  • Experience in supporting application teams and Troubleshooting in a DEV, SIT, UAT, and Production environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business analysts, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to lead and mentor associate developers... etc.
