Green Circle Growers has an immediate fulltime opening for a Replenishment Analyst.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Replenishment Analyst is a member of the Green Circle Home Depot Team. This position develops plans and strategies that achieve/exceed mutually developed and agreed upon business goals (volume, profit, inventory turns) and customer satisfaction for the Home Depot businesses. Responsible for meeting internal replenishment metrics, forecasting requirements, and generating accurate product orders. This position requires extensive sales analysis and the ability to communicate effectively with constituents (internally and externally) across multiple functional areas.

The ideal candidate must possess demonstrable advanced Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) skills to help design and develop automated reports, and to create tables and charts for internal and customer presentations.

Job Duties:

• Sales Reporting: Maintain, develop and provide detailed POS reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for the Home Depot Team, both on a standardized and ad hoc basis. Provide category insights and opportunities through analytics and category planning. These duties include communication of opportunities with internal contacts, as well as Merchandising associates. Preparation of any special request reports and data analysis. Assist in sales presentations by providing charts of all sales data.
• Item Maintenance: Prepare ongoing analysis to include share/growth trends, promotion effectiveness, pricing, distribution recap, and new item tracking. This includes managing item characteristics and details from both POS and internal Company systems.
• Forecasting: Involvement with internal Forecasting, Distribution and Supply Chain teams to develop forecasts, budgets, planograms, and grids typically up to 12 months out.
• Supply Chain: This position is the primary point of contact with Home Depot sales team. Internally coordinate with Order Processing, Green House, Transportation, and Shipping to ensure product flows properly from origin point to destination.
• Assists in other Marketing operations, or partner management activities as needed.
• Performs other duties deemed necessary by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate or Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or Marketing systems.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools. Excel & PPT. Familiar with V-lookup and macros.
• Must understand replenishment analysis, replenishment strategies, and be able to successfully execute in a timely manner.
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Proven initiative (self-starter) and responsibility demonstrated through prior work experience.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation. Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to creatively seek information to improve processes and find solutions to business questions and issues. Team player with a positive attitude, as well as being able to conduct work in an autonomous environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

• 3+ year’s analytical experience; preferably in consumer goods or related retail business environment.
• Possess solid knowledge of Home Depot business or another National Retailer(s).
• 3+ years with Vendor Managed Inventories is an advantage.
• A flexible work schedule to include some weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 5% regionally.
• Willingness to live and work from north central Ohio area.

PAY

• Range starts at $35k, commensurate with experience
