Job Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist A located in Everett, WA 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Need an experienced sales associate to open/close the store, maintain inventory, customer service and store responsibilities. Remaining hours will be spent supporting our national travel store as follows: handling all customer service emails, placing special orders for clients, submitting facilities requests and assortment planning in partnership with the National Travel Leads

Assists customers and performs retail sales or returned merchandise transactions. Processes freight and completes mark downs. Assists in cash control requirements, bank deposits, funds verifications and cash reconciliation. Processes inter-store transfers. Assists in the implementation of current floor sets and maintains visual standards. Assists in maintaining an organized stock room and in store inventory preparation. Identifies and reports safety or housekeeping issues.

o Execute daily operations, sales and finance functions for Client Stores Travel Store operations both locally and domestically. 
o Performs daily activities such as assortment planning, inventory control, venue logistics, shipping and sales analysis
o Receives merchandise and transfers per locations, setting up traveling store venues or events
o Maintains professional and appealing traveling store/event environment, ensuring merchandise presentation is executed to merchandising guidelines. 
o Maintain travel store stock room organization, cleanliness and inventory levels. 
o Leverage comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Client and Client Store products and services to meet customer needs, create a competitive advantage, and promote business growth.
o Ensure excellent customer service is provided. Understand customer requirements and develop relationships with customers.
o Track and analyze sales data and ensure that sales plans are met or exceeded.
o Develop working relationships with Client Store personnel to ensure consistent customer experience.
o Work with regional team lead to build relationships with Client site representatives to maintain and grow travel store business. 
o Work closely with travel store team to ensure consistent set up, experience and requirements are met. 
o Must be able to lift 35 lb. daily 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Retail experience required. Computer and organizational skills a must. 

EDUCATION: 
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
8 AM - 4:30 PM
Time will be split between two locations 20hrs each location 8218 and 8220. Locations are located within 2 miles of each other.
