Retail Store Manager

We are a cell phone store in the Valley. We are growing fast and seeking a driven Store Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Attract, hire, and retain effective staff
• Coaching and motivating your team to inspire top performance and an exceptional customer experience
• Facilitate smooth store flow - maintenance of customers in relation to floor staff ensuring an excellent shopping experience through service, selling, and product application
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure maintenance of merchandising/display
• Ongoing facilitation and execution of product knowledge and policies
• Establish priorities and set both personal and team goals
• Come up with creative ideas and promotions to drive sales through merchandising and visual displays
• Ensure full understanding and awareness of all store communications including product information, current advertising, promotions and other marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• College degree helpful
• 1 year experience in retail management
• Proficient with basic technology (Windows, POS System, phones).
• Must have strong work ethics ~ dependable, reliable, trustworthy and prompt
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
• Able to work weekends and have flexible availability
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds
