Nella Pasta at the Boston Public Market
Multiple Positions both full time & part time available.
Cook Position:
Must be organized and have excellent knife skills, speed and attention to detail. Must have a demonstrated ability to follow recipes as well as initiate knowledge of best kitchen practices. Role would include inventory, purchasing, daily food prep and creating prep schedules for the team to follow on a weekly basis. Must be clean and organized. Prior Italian restaurant experience is a huge plus. Serve safe certification is needed or willing to take the course is required
Line Cook position:
Must have prior experience and be able to manage multiple burners at once. Must have excellent knife skills, speed and attention to detail is a must.
Job will include prep and cleaning as well as cooking.
