Requirements

Job Requirements
* Responsible for leading, directing, and monitoring kitchen staff.
* Responsible for providing positive and enthusiastic environment to kitchen personnel motivating them to give best performance to succeed.
* Performs as main contact for all matters related to kitchen production.
* Arranges kitchen employee work schedules involving lunch and other breaks.
* Responsible for maintaining productive kitchen ambiance using charts, forms, lists and recipes.
* ServSafe Food Protection Manager certificate, preferred.
